Ann Billet opened her first Antiques & Tat Shop, with a colleague, at Woodborough Garden Centre in the mid nineties. Finding this successful especially after being
mentioned in most of the glossy interior and country living magazines, Ann bought her second Antiques & Tat Shop in the London Road, Marlborough. With the busy A4
outside the door and Waitrose lorries thundering past, this was truly “life in the fast lane”. Ann has been in Hungerford Arcade for 3 years and sold her shop in Marlborough in 2012 to be nearer her mother and sample rural living once more. When interviewed by the
Sunday Telegraph on what makes a successful antiques dealer, Ann said “Do it because you love it.”
Ann specialises in rustic country furniture, affordable antiques and vintage decorative items.
